JOG-A-THON         October

This is a fundraiser that supports EGGS field trip transportation.  This big event takes place during the school day.  Volunteers are needed to monitor, count laps, hand out treats, tally laps, count money and hand out prizes.

BOOK FAIR           November & April

Volunteers are needed to work as cashiers and assist students with book selections.  The Book Fair is open during the school day and one evening.  Volunteers are also needed to help set up and tear down.

CONFERENCE MEALS            November

Help is needed to organize a meal for the teachers during conference week to thank them for their hard work and dedication to our children.  Provide food, set up and clean up staff lounge.

COPYCATS                 All Year

Volunteers are needed to make copies and laminate projects for teachers, office, and PTO.  Duties also include sorting and distribution.  Time commitment is 1 day/week with flexible scheduling.

VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION

This event is to train volunteers to provide instructional support in the classroom.  Includes training in reading and writing instructions as well as the use of school equipment, such as copy machines, die cutter and book binding machines.

HEALTH SCREENING

Volunteers are needed to escort classes, help students get ready for health screening and help health staff with forms and paperwork.

CLASSROOM VOLUNTEER          All Year

Volunteers are needed in every classroom, everyday but you don't have to do it all.  You can volunteer weekly bi-monthly, or special events

BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION         All Year                 SAVE THOSE BOX TOPS!!

General Mills Box Tops are collected and turned in for 10 cents each.  This raises close to $1,000 each year!  Please save your Box Tops and send them in to school with your child.

CAMPBELL LABELS FOR EDUCATION               All Year!                  PEEL THOSE CANS AND MORE!

Clip participating products UPC's, beverage caps, or sauce caps. Give them to our school and earn FREE educational merchandise.

MT. HOOD MOVIE TICKET SALES                     Fall and Spring

Mt. Hood Theater offers children's movie passes at a great price and also raise money for the school!  Passes are sold during school and order forms are sent home with each child.

BACK-TO-SCHOOL FAMILY FUN NIGHT              October

Volunteers are needed to help serve food, set up, clean up and run games for an evening of fun and games.

PICTURE DAY                 Fall & Spring

Volunteers are needed to escort classes, help students get ready for photographs, and assist the portrait staff with other simple tasks.

T-SHIRT SALES               All Year

Volunteers are needed in the Fall to help promote the sale, tally the orders, and distribute the shirts.

EAGLE READERS              November - June

This job requires lots of help!  Volunteers are needed to copy and cut record sheets, rewards and bookmarks, do daily recording of students' reading and keep up the database.  Time commitment is 1 day/week with flexible scheduling.  Daily recording takes approximately 30-60 minutes.

5TH GRADE CELEBRATION

Volunteers are needed to help plan the end of the year 5th grade party.
